COWGIRL Magazine is proud to announce that applications are now open for the COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Class of 2027, recognizing the next generation of women whose leadership, ambition, talent, and dedication are shaping the future of the Western industry.

From agriculture and ranching to rodeo, equine sports, entrepreneurship, fashion, media, entertainment, and corporate leadership, remarkable young women are making an impact across the Western world. COWGIRL 30 Under 30 was created to recognize their accomplishments, celebrate their contributions, and connect them with a growing community of industry leaders.

Since its inception in 2020, the program has recognized more than 200 outstanding young women, building a powerful network of professionals who represent the future of the Western industry.

COWGIRL 30 Under 30 is more than an annual honor. It is a platform for professional development, mentorship, meaningful connections, and continued growth.

Applicants become part of the COWGIRL 30 Under 30 community, with a one-year membership in the COWGIRL Leadership Academy included in the application fee.

The Class of 2027 will be celebrated during the COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Leadership Summit and Empowered Gala, May 5–8, 2027, at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

The four-day experience brings together accomplished women, industry executives, entrepreneurs, mentors, and emerging leaders for education, networking, inspiration, and
celebration.

Who Can Apply?

Eligible candidates must be women age 30 or younger as of December 31, 2026, with at least two years of professional experience, performance, or competition in the Western industry.

Applicants must demonstrate meaningful dedication to the industry, provide two professional recommendations, and commit to attending the 2027 Leadership Summit and Empowered Gala in Las Vegas.

Applications open: October 15, 2026
