These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the COWGIRL Leadership Academy website, membership platform, educational content, digital products, community features, events, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Modern West Media, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account, purchase products, enroll in memberships, or participate in Academy programs.
- MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS
The COWGIRL Leadership Academy may offer free, paid, promotional, founding member, or premium membership levels.
Membership benefits, pricing, and features may change from time to time.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Your membership may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or provided to any third party.
- SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
Recurring memberships are billed automatically through our designated payment processor.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until canceled.
Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle the member to refunds for prior charges.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SUMMIT COLLECTIONS
The Academy may offer digital products, including but not limited to:
- Leadership Summit Collections
• Educational courses
• Video libraries
• Workshops
• Downloadable resources
• Leadership Academy content
Purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, record, distribute, share, sell, publish, stream, upload, or otherwise exploit Academy content without prior written consent.
- COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
Members may participate in private communities, discussion groups, Facebook Groups, networking forums, and other Academy platforms.
Members agree to:
- Treat others respectfully
• Maintain professional conduct
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or intimidation
• Refrain from solicitation, spam, or unauthorized promotion
• Respect confidentiality when applicable
The Academy reserves the right to remove content or terminate participation for violations of these standards.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Academy content, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, educational materials, presentations, recordings, publications, and related materials are the exclusive property of Modern West Media, Inc. or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to users through purchase or membership.
- USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By posting content within Academy communities, you grant the Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Services.
You retain ownership of your original content.
- EVENTS AND PROGRAMMING
Schedules, speakers, educational content, and event programming are subject to change without notice.
The Academy reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel programming when necessary.
- DISCLAIMER
The Academy provides educational, professional development, networking, and leadership content for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee business success, employment, financial outcomes, professional advancement, or specific results from participation.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern West Media, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Services.
- TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, misuse of Academy resources, unauthorized sharing of content, or conduct deemed harmful to the Academy or its members.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
