Early Bird Registration Opens for the 2027 COWGIRL Leadership Summit in Las Vegas

Four days of leadership, connection and celebration are coming to Fontainebleau Las Vegas, May 5–8, 2027.

Early Bird registration is now open for the 2027 COWGIRL Leadership Summit. Women from across the Western industry and Western way of life will gather at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for two days of leadership programming surrounded by events designed to build lasting connections.

The Summit grew from the COWGIRL 30 Under 30 community, but welcomes women of all ages and at every stage of their careers. Main stage conversations, candid Girl Talk sessions and interactive breakouts will explore leadership, business, career growth and the future of the West.

The experience begins Wednesday, May 5, with the HELLO, VEGAS welcome celebration. Summit sessions and the COWGIRL Marketplace take place Thursday and Friday, alongside the Cavender’s Legends & Luminaries Alumni Bash and the COWGIRL Empowered Keynote Luncheon. Friday evening brings the Charlie 1 Horse Hats Champagne Soiree and Wrangler COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Empowered Gala, honoring the Class of 2027. The gathering concludes Saturday with the COWGIRL Ovation Brunch.

Full Summit Passes are $695 at the Early Bird rate through December 25, 2026, a $100 savings over the standard price. The pass includes Summit programming, the Marketplace, the welcome celebration, Alumni Bash, keynote luncheon and gala. Hotel accommodations and optional ticketed events are separate.
